Dax has immediate availability and takes Select Health, Aetna, Cigna, and PEHP. To Schedule with Dax, please click "Request Appointment," and select his name. Dax offers a sliding scale rate for those without those insurance or without any insurance.

If this is your first time working with us, select the Psychiatric Diagnostic Assessment. If not, select the Psychotherapy option. You will be able to select an in-person or telehealth appointment. We will need to approve the request, which will typically take less than 24 hours (unless it's over the weekend). Please Note: We focus psychological testing and treatment on adolescents and adults. We do not have the testing materials to evaluate anyone younger than sixteen. If you have never met with Ron or Dax there are a couple additional things to do: 1. Email Ron or Dax and let them know why you're seeking an appointment: ron@livingwaterscounselingllc.com [email protected] 2. Watch for an email from our scheduling platform (Simple Practice) that will have you set up an online portal and complete the necessary paperwork before you come in. 3. Complete the paperwork before we meet. |

Please contact your insurance company to confirm your benefits and coverage for mental health services. Some plans require prior authorization. Additionally, some insurance plans will contract mental health services to other companies.
